Billing & Insurance

Please be sure that your surgeon’s office has your current health insurance information on file and if there have been any changes to your address or phone number.

Please take time to review your insurance policy and coverage.  Many insurance companies require pre-certification or a second opinion.  Prior to your procedure you will receive a phone call from our experienced and knowledgeable business office staff, to discuss your billing and insurance information. Our staff will call your insurance company prior to having surgery to verify your medical benefits for our facility charges, as well as inform you of your estimated up front costs.

We  will need to secure any information regarding co-payments, co-insurance and/or deductible amounts that will be your responsibility. Payments that you are responsible for are expected to be paid in full prior to your surgery date or at the time of registration. Please bear in mind, information provided prior to your visit is only an estimate based on the information provided by your surgeon and insurance company.

If  you do not have insurance or if your insurance does not cover your procedure to be performed, please make arrangements to pay the surgery center’s facility fee prior to your date of service, or at time of registration unless prior financial arrangements have been made with our business office.

For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards including:

  • VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express

*Please contact our business office to inquire about additional accepted payment methods

For your convenience, you can now pay your bill online. To do so, you will need your Surgery Center Account Number. If you do not have it or have questions about your online payment, please contact us at  919-719-3070.
